For women of all ages and fitness levels and is designed to get you lean, toned having fun and energized. Our training is ideal for weight loss, cross training for obstacle races/sports and building wholebody strength. These workouts are effective for all fitness levels - from the beginner to the experienced athlete, as there are modifications for all ability levels.
