Also known as 'Functional Fitness' or 'Caveman Training' A fun form of training that attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. The circuit combine strength training, power lifting, explosive training, plyometrics, aerobic and anaerobic training, agility and speed, balance, strong man training, old fashioned grunt work with traditional exercise to create an incredibly challenging and effective total body program. Great training for those doing 'Spartan Races'!
